Our Client Managers work as supply partners to all our clients. This enables us to provide free, ongoing advice, future planning and support as your business grows, changes or adapts.

Direct costs to hire for most business can be very expensive, none more so than the cost of TIME.
How much does time cost your business to advertise jobs, sift through numerous CV's, respond to phone calls and emails, book interviews/trials, manage feedback, offers, rejections and onboard candidates for each & every hire?
Ten staffing group will manage and deliver the entire process but with a fair and inexpensive fee.
We look beyond job boards and like to avoid the CV rat race so many other suppliers provide. We work off referrals and search and selection techniques to best choose the best people in your industry.
Our Permanent Recruitment Fee is 10% (TEN) of the offered first years, annual basic salary up to *£75,000 p/a.
*Higher Salary job roles will be considered and a cost effective fee agreed prior to starting our search.
Your dedicated Client Manager will work closely with you, by keeping an open and honest communication link which will enable us to adapt in a proactive or reactive way as your business requires.
